The Pastel Presentation System is an original presentation system created by Cathy van Ee. It combines archival artwork protection, printable presentation mounts with framing and step-by-step instruction into a unique workflow developed through decades of professional art practice and teaching.

Downloads & Printing
Accessing Your Downloads
After completing your purchase, you’ll receive an email containing your download link and account login details.
You can also access your purchased templates anytime by logging into My Account at the top of this website.
If you forget your password, simply click Forgotten Password to reset it.
Template Format
All templates are supplied as high-resolution PDF files, ready to print on A3 paper.
You may print directly from the PDF or download the files to your computer for future use.
How to Download Your Templates
- Log into your account.
- Select the template & frame you purchased.
- Click the Download and Save icon in the top-right corner.
- Save the file to your preferred folder.
Once saved, your templates can be opened anytime using Adobe Acrobat Reader or another PDF viewer.
If you require assistance downloading files on your particular computer or device, Google or ChatGPT can provide detailed instructions specific to your operating system.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I reuse my templates?
Yes.
Once downloaded, your templates are yours to keep and print as many times as you wish for your own personal use.
Can I sell items I make?
Yes.
You are welcome to sell handmade frames you personally constructed using Pastel Presentation System

Are instructions included?
Yes.
Every template includes easy-to-follow video instructions, available through your account after purchase.
Do you offer refunds?
As our products are digital downloads, refunds are not available once files have been supplied.

The Pastel Presentation System templates and instructions are protected by copyright.
Your purchase provides a personal licence to use the templates under the following conditions.
You May
Print your purchased templates as many times as you wish for your own personal use.
Create handmade frames using the templates.
Sell the finished handmade items you personally create.
You May Not
Copy or reproduce the template files.
Share your downloads with others.
Upload the files to websites or file-sharing services.
Sell or redistribute the original templates in either printed or digital form.
Modify the templates and sell them as your own designs.
Combine parts of the Pastel Presentation System designs with other artwork for resale.
